For those who will be attending 2026 WEFTEC in New Orleans, you are cordially invited to our Michigan Night House of Blues Reception on the evening of Monday, September 28th at The House of Blues. SKIP THE LINE by PRE-REGISTERING!
We invite you to an unforgettable Michigan Night Reception at WEFTEC. Attendance at this event is complimentary due to the support of our generous sponsors! Designed as a cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres, this event provides the perfect setting to network, coordinate your WEFTEC schedule, and foster valuable new connections.
The event is complimentary to attendees due to the generous support of our sponsors, but we do ask for pre-registration so we can have an estimate of attendance for ordering food as well as having nametags pre-printed.Available sponsorship opportunities include: Gold - $1,000, Silver - $750 and Bronze - $500. Sponsors will receive their logo in announcements to the MWEA membership and on signage at Michigan Night. The sponsors will also be acknowledged in the winter issue of MWEA Matters. The listing and prominence of the sponsor’s name/logo will be based on the contribution level.

Consumption of Alcohol Policy I acknowledge that the event may involve the consumption of alcohol. I represent and warrant to MWEA I am over the legal drinking age of 21. I will NOT provide any alcohol to any person under the legal drinking age during the event. I fully understand that there may be consumption of alcohol by me, other participants, and other people before, during and after the event. I understand and acknowledge the potential risks and dangers associated with the consumption of alcohol and am aware that this activity includes the risk of injury and even death. I represent and warrant that I am under no obligation to consume alcoholic beverages during the event, and I further represent that I know my own limits when it comes to the consumption of alcohol. Any consumption of alcohol by me is done freely and voluntarily. I further acknowledge that MWEA is not liable for any criminal or wrongful civil act committed by me before, during or after the event. I further acknowledge that MWEA assumes no liability for any injury sustained by me or others that results from my intoxication. I also acknowledge that MWEA staff or representatives may cut me off from consuming alcoholic beverages and/or to contact my emergency contact in the event I am intoxicated and not able to drive.
