Please be aware that there are unauthorized services claiming to represent Joint Expo and Operator Days, attempting to book hotels on behalf of the event. These services are not affiliated with MI-AWWA, MWEA, or the event organizers. For your convenience and protection, only hotels with official agreements will be listed on the Joint Expo and Operator Days websites. The approved hotel list will be updated as additional agreements are finalized, so please check back regularly for the most accurate and up-to-date information. We strongly encourage you to book your accommodations using the information provided on our official websites to avoid potential scams or misinformation.

Cancelation Policy:1. Registration substitutions within the same organization are allowed; however, registration rates will be calculated according to MWEA membership status of the substitute. Written cancelations received at least 7 days prior to the start of the event will be eligible for a refund less a $75 processing fee. Cancelations received less than 7 days from the start of the event and/or "no shows" will receive no refund. 2. Under extenuating circumstances, a credit for training may be issued but is only redeemable for MWEA event registrations and must be used within the same calendar year. Credits are granted at the sole discretion of MWEA Leadership. 3. If you must cancel your in-person registration due to COVID-19 illness or exposure, please contact MWEA immediately. We can transfer your registration to another employee in your organization or issue a credit/refund if the invoice has already been paid. 4. This policy applies to one-day seminars only. Multi-day conferences cancelation policy may differ.
