*Group Rates- Applies to member agencies registering 5+ individual at the same time from the same program. This package is limited to the full 2-day conference. This only applies to groups of 5 or more from the same agency, registering at the same time, for the full conference (Tuesday & Wednesday).
If you plan on attending only one day of the conference, please choose the daily pass rate.
Note: the IHSA Team does our best to fill all spots for Professional Development events. Our conference and event registration forms continue to include IHSA’s no cancellation clause, a standing policy -- "Once registrations have been submitted online—there are NO cancellations. Name changes will be accepted up to 72 hours before the event." This is done as a notification for viewer acknowledgment - before he or she chooses to manually click the submit button. However strict this policy may seem at times, we always still allow for agencies to send a replacement for the original registrant).
Registration does not include travel and lodging, attendees are responsible for their own arrangements. Potential travelers are encouraged to plan their travel and hotel reservations based on their comfort level and ability. There is always the possibility that the meeting will need to pivot back to an entirely virtual event should Covid guidelines change. There are several hotels conveniently located near the event.
