Join the National Association of Waterfront Employers from May 18-22, 2026 for our annual fly-in, NAWE on the Hill. This three-day event will bring together NAWE members in Washington, D.C. to blanket Capitol Hill and advocate for NAWE's legislative priorities to Members of Congress and their staffs. NAWE on the Hill is our opportunity to connect face to face with leaders in Congress and federal agencies to introduce ourselves, build relationships with staffers, and elevate our priorities and initiatives. 10:00am – NAWE on the Hill Prep Session
In this meeting, we will cover our 2026 legislative priorities, teams, talking points, effective meeting tips, and answer any questions you may have.
2:00pm – 5:00pm – NAWE Board of Directors Meeting
**6:45pm – NY Mets v. Washington Nationals
We are looking into reserving group tickets to the Washington Nationals baseball game in Navy Yard. Tickets will need to be individually paid for and the NAWE team will communicate more booking details soon.
