For more than two decades, the SAM DaRud Cup Golf Outing has brought together friends, supporters, and community leaders for a day where great golf meets a great cause. The 21st Annual DaRud Cup continues that tradition—combining friendly competition, generous giving, and just the right amount of bragging rights.

Players will enjoy a full day on the course, complete with contests, prizes, food, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow supporters of SAM. Whether you’re chasing a low score, networking between holes, or simply soaking up a beautiful day outdoors, the DaRud Cup delivers an experience that’s as meaningful as it is memorable.

Proceeds from the tournament directly support SAM’s mission, helping expand access to education, programs, and opportunities across our community. Every swing, putt, and laugh on the course helps make a real difference.

Whether you’re a longtime participant or joining us for the first time, the DaRud Cup is more than a golf tournament—it’s a celebration of community, commitment, and a shared belief in what SAM makes possible.

This summer, School Administrators of Montana invites you to step out of the daily grind and into something bigger.

The Elevate MT Leadership Summit is not just the same SAMAI conference you're used to attending. It’s the statewide gathering of leaders shaping Montana’s schools, coming together to recharge, learn, and elevate what’s possible.

We’re thrilled to welcome Principal Baruti Kafele, Garth Larson, Sarah Elkins, Kristen Booth, and Kee Dunning.  These are some of the most respected voices in education today.  Thier messages are powerful, practical, and deeply motivating for anyone leading in today’s school environment.
