NAME offers two package types:

To allow for effective conference planning there are no refunds for presenters registered in any category.

1. No refunds are available for presenters registered in any category.
2. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to finance@NAMEorg.org.
3. Full refund (-$25 processing fee) is available until October 15, 2024.
4. Half refund (-$50 processing fee) available between October 16 and November 12, 2024.
