Early Vendor Sign-up for February 20, 2022, Bridal Show at the Grand Ledge Opera House.
Sign up before 11/15/2021 for early sign-up pricing on single and double booth setups.

(1) - 8’ Table Single Booth = $300 ($375 after Nov. 14, 2021)
(2) - 8’ Tables Double Booth (limited to a single business) = $450 ($525 after Nov. 14, 2021)

Vendors will need to read all the terms and conditions of this contract below, including those on the receipt (after payment is recorded in the registration process), and hereby agree to the same. vendors understand that no binding contract will be formed unless and until this agreement is approved and signed by an authorized representative of the GLOH.
If a contract is not approved by the GLOH, the booth payment will herewith be returned. 
Booth fees once accepted are non-refundable. No cancellations.

The Vendor Agreement:

Booth payment can be submitted online at the GLOH website here OR checks can be mailed to the GLOH OR credit card information can be submitted to the GLOH office. Vendor Agreements can be submitted online, by email, or mailed to 121 S. Bridge St., Grand Ledge, MI 48837

Booth Location and Booth Numbers will be assigned by Opera House personnel,

EXHIBITOR AND GLOH AGREE THAT THE VENDOR BOOTH LEASE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE FOLLOWING :
  1. Display hours are from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm. Removal of exhibit material at the conclusion of the show is the responsibility of the Exhibitor. No exhibit shall be dismantled or removed from the Opera House until the show has ended. No show or early breakdown will result in the forfeiture of the Bridal Lead List and an invitation to the GLOH Bridal Show 2023.
  2. The exhibitor agrees to make no claim for any reason whatsoever against the Grand Ledge Opera House/ Bridal Show for any loss, theft, damage, destruction of goods, accidents, or other causes, nor for any injury to exhibitors, its employees, or agents.
  3. No exhibit shall interfere with the orderly operation of adjacent exhibits. This includes a prohibition on music, special effects, and other sound or entertainment without approval by the GLOH.
  4. Exhibitors must keep aisles clear and abide by all state and city fire prevention codes.
  5. No exhibit is permitted that does not have at least one person in attendance at all times. Exhibit personnel shall wear identification badges at all times during exhibit hours. All personnel working exhibit are to be ready to work and need to be present before doors open to the public. If personnel working an exhibit are going to be late, they must be wearing an identification badge/name tag in order to enter at door.
  6. Booths may not display or disperse any business information other than that of the specific exhibitor.
  7. There will be no more than one business per booth rental. Single Booth space shall include one 8’ draped table and two chairs. Double Booth space shall include two 8’ draped tables and four chairs. Power strips and extension cords cannot be provided by GLOH. Absolutely no canopies are to be brought in for display purposes.
  8. The GLOH reserves the right of the final decision and the right (a) to rearrange floor plans or relocate exhibits or both in order that competitive exhibitors wherever possible will be set up at specific locations that will not interfere with their individual operations, and (b) to prohibit or remove any exhibit which, in the opinion of the GLOH, detracts from the general character of the exhibition including persons, conduct and materials. In the event of such restriction, removal, prohibition, and/or eviction, the GLOH shall not be liable for any refunds, other exhibit expenses, or any other sums of money by way of damages or otherwise.
  9. The GLOH has the right to limit the total number of any business category.
  10. The GLOH has the right to refuse any exhibitor’s contract.
  11. Exhibitor agrees to provide sufficient backdrops/easels to display company information.
  12. Nothing may be affixed to the walls, posts, railings, etc. of the Opera House.
