Event Description
Communication and Resolution Programs (CRP) are a comprehensive and systematic approach to responding to patient harm after an adverse event. The Foundation for Health Care Quality supports the adoption, implementation, and utilization of CRPs through two processes: CRP Validation and CRP Certification. This webinar will cover the purpose of CRP Validation and CRP Certification, the benefits of each process, and how individuals can become involved in this effort to improve patient safety.
