A virtual CPAN Member Session will take place on Wednesday, December 9th from noon - 1:00 PM. This education session is be devoted to learning the latest information concerning Utilization Review Rules demister by DIFS as part of the 2019 no-fault reforms. Sinas Dramis attorney Katie Tucker will present to CPAN members on brand-new Utilization Review Rules and process under the amended version of the No-Fault Act. Ms. Tucker will identify what the utilization review process is – and how it came to be – and provide an overview of the Rules and the 3-stage utilization review process. In addition, she will share some important takeaways and strategies that you can apply to your billing and collection process.
