2026 Customer Appreciation Event

If you are meeting planner who would like to attend our Customer Appreciation Event September 9-11 in Boulder, Colorado, please fill out an invite request form here. 

While we will do our best to accommodate your request to attend, space is limited and we may not be able to confirm your attendance. If confirmed you will be sent event details and activity sign up closer to the event. You will be notified no later than August 18th about your attending the event. Additionally, we are unable to accommodate spouses and plus one's.

Wednesday, September 9
1pm-4pm - VIP Pre Experiences 
4pm - Check in begins 
5:30pm-9pm - Registration & Welcome Reception - Limelight Boulder

Thursday, September 11
8:30am-10am - Breakfast & Site Tours of Limelight Boulder
10am-2pm - Activities, sponsored by Colorado Wilderness Rides & Guides and Colorado Chautauqua ​
2pm-5pm - Lunch & "Apres Activities" time at Hiltons on Canyon 
6pm-10pm - Dinner and evening activities at Old Elm

Friday, September 12
9:30am-11:30am - Departing Brunch at Moxy Boulder
