Event Description
Monthly Virtual Meeting - Top 10 Do’s & Don’ts of system integrations

Join us Thursday, April 16 for a virtual discussion of the "Top 10 Do’s & Don’ts of system integrations."

System integrations are mission‑critical and often far more complex and risk‑prone than expected. In this practical, experience‑driven session, we’ll break down the Top 10 Do’s & Don’ts of system integrations, grounded in real‑world lessons from recent ERP, TMS, and bank connectivity initiatives.
Designed for treasury and finance leaders responsible for delivery, this session focuses on what actually works (and what consistently fails) when integrating modern platforms. We’ll cut through theory to highlight the decisions, design choices, and governance moves that separate smooth integrations from costly rework and control issues.
With many organizations upgrading ERPs and rethinking integration architectures, getting integrations right has never been more critical. Attendees will leave with clear, actionable guidance they can apply immediately to current or upcoming programs along with a forward‑looking perspective on how AI may begin to influence integration design and execution.
