Pre-register for the wildest meetings tradeshow in the west!
Members of Destination Colorado Meetings can sign up to exhibit at our biggest event of the year! Our Colorado Meetings Showcase allows you to connect with over 250 meeting planners actively booking business in Colorado.
Booth/table selection will be available by August 2026. Members who pre-register for the CMS will have the first opportunity to select their space.
Booth costs:
4-foot table - $1045
Includes one (1) attendee
6-foot table - $1545
Includes two (2) attendees
10x10 booth - $2045
Includes two (2) attendees
Note: Exact floor plan spacing may change to accommodate features such as furniture and buffets. Exhibitors will be notified if any changes to the floor plan will impact their placement, such as rotating the tables.

No co-ops/shared booths allowed
Only perimiter booths may have a backdrop or floor popup sign.
Members may NOT attend the Colorado Meetings Showcase as a guest. Due to the high volume of buyers in attendance, access to the show floor is only permitted to exhibiting members.
No direct sales may take place at your booth/table.
