NAME International Conference Registration - 2026 - NAME 35th Annual Conference Registration

The 35th NAME conference includes:

• Intensive Institutes on Wednesday, November 18, 2025
• School Tours on Wednesday, November 18, 2025
• General Sessions with Christopher Knaus, Wayne Au, James A. Banks, Royel M. Johnsen, Christine E. Sleeter, Gary Howard, & Kristal M. Clemmons
• Multiple Concurrent Presentations throughout the Conference
• Poster Sessions on Thursday, Friday, & Saturday
• Film Festival throughout the Conference
• Youth Leadership Summit on Friday
• P-12 Educator Day on Saturday
• Gala & Awards Banquet on Saturday Evening

Early Bird Registration is discounted at rates between $100 and $125 before October 1. The registration cost depends on whether the registrant is a NAME member or student: $450 for a NAME member, $575 for a non-member, $300 for a student member, & $350 for a student non-member. If you are not already a member of NAME, you can join when you register, making you eligible for the member discount. Beginning on October 1, the registration rates increase by $100; the rates increase again for registration at the conference.​

The registration package includes an opening reception on Wednesday, all general and concurrent sessions on Thursday through Saturday, a President's reception on Thursday, and the Founders Luncheon on Friday. ​The Gala Dinner and Awards on Saturday night is a separate fee of $150. The Gala ticket will include entrance to the awards ceremony, a cash bar, dinner, a live auction, live entertainment, and dancing. A minimum fee of $25 to $69 is charged for institutes and the school tours.
