Empower, engage, and evolve your approach to senior fitness programming by learning how to design functional fitness experiences that connect exercise to older adults’ personal goals, fostering confidence and a renewed sense of purpose. In this session, participants will discover strategies to engage older adults across all domains of wellness — physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and purposeful — turning routine workouts into meaningful, empowering experiences. Learn how to shift from traditional “exercise classes” to functional empowerment sessions that promote strength, balance, joy in movement, and a deeper sense of accomplishment.
