Learning Goals + Details
- This session equips frontline supervisors and managers of DSPs with practical tools to inspire their teams, strengthen engagement, and grow as steady, supportive leaders. Designed for IDD/MH service environments, the training focuses on everyday leadership behaviors that build trust, spark motivation, and help staff feel valued and capable.
Participants will learn specific coaching tools to set clear goals, offer meaningful feedback, recognize strengths, and empower DSPs to take ownership of their work. The session emphasizes how intentional leadership creates consistency for staff and, ultimately, for the people they support.
By the end, supervisors will walk away with actionable strategies to motivate their teams, coach with clarity and compassion, and continue developing as leaders who bring out the best in others.
