This month's speaker is the Alabama Public Health Environmental Supervisor, Cheryl Edge!
Cheryl is a Public Health Environmental Supervisor for the Madison County Health Department and is open to answering any of your burning questions about public health in your respective hospitality services. Cheryl will also discuss updates to the Alabama Food Code, the New Seafood Law, Employee Health Reporting, and Food Manager courses.

•Program starts promptly at 12:00 p.m. and ends at 1:00 p.m.
