NEW Special Event for Spring 2026!

In lieu of our Wednesday Evening Welcome Reception, there will be a Wednesday Evening Boat Cruise.

There is an additional $50 fee to register, heavy appetizers will be provided and we will have a cash bar. The cruise will be 3 hours with onboarding starting at 5 PM, departure at 5:30 PM and returning at 8:30 PM. 

Refunds are not available on Boat Cruise Registrations.

The cruise will depart from the Bayshore West Marina located in downtown Coal Harbour. Bayshore West Marina is a 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk from the Fairmont Vancouver with easy access by public transit, taxi or bus. Public parking located 30 seconds from the marina. WSAMA will not be providing transportation to the cruise.

WSAMA Conference Registration Fee and Refund Policy (Last updated August 2024)
  • Conference registration cut-off is seven business days prior to the start date of the conference. Individuals who register after that date will be charged an additional $25 administrative fee.  
  • WSAMA will refund the registration fee for cancellations of conference registrations received at least seven business days in advance of the conference start date, minus a $50 administrative fee. 
  • WSAMA will not refund the registration fee for cancellations of conference registrations received less than seven business days in advance of the conference start date, except for extenuating circumstances as approved by the Secretary-Treasurer.
Payments: 
Credit card payments will be charged a 4% merchant fee for all payments and refunds. Check payments are no longer accepted. Please contact admin@wsama.org for questions.

Split Payments:
Split payments are no longer an option upon check out. If possible, please request reimbursement from your agency and if that is not an option, we will need to process the payments manually. Please email 'Ula Kamaka, WSAMA admin at admin@wsama.org if split payments are necessary.
