Event Description
Make plans now to attend the 2026 ARCI Annual Business Meeting and Sport Integrity and Welfare Conference.   The conferebce agenda will feature two distinct tracks representing the evolving and expanding responsibility of ARCI Members, whether they regulate professional horse racing or other forms of authorized gamblig like sports bettings or I-Gaming.

Horse racing regulators will focus on equine welfare, the use of artificual intelligence to better identify horses that should not be allowed to start due to the potential risk of a breakdown, the consumer confidenve questions surrounding computer assisted wagerng, how to combat the use of illegal betting sites, as well as input from major players as to factors that encourage them or discourage them from wagering on horse racing.    Issues will be pertinent to regulators of all breeds of horse racing and there will also be an update on the status of litigation affecting the sport.

This issues will be timely and pertinent to the role of every horse racing regulator.    

For those agencies who also regulate other forms of wagering, a separate track will deal with equally important matters.  Non racing regulatory personnel are encouraged to attend as well.     Throughout the conference there wlll also be joint sessions on matters being dealt with by all gambling regulators - responsbivle gaming, customer confidence, thwarting illegal wagering sites.
