Planting Joy: IWF Dallas at Gardenuity

Practice a little self-care during Valentine’s Week with your IWF gal pals while learning how to grow well-being into your every day. The intersection between gardening and well-being is happening in real time, and woman-owned business, Gardenuity, is at the epicenter. Gardenuity helps individuals, companies, and communities nationwide improve their well-being through gardening and demystifying the collective delusion that you must have experience, a lot of time, and a lot of space to garden. Donna Letier will provide insights on the connections between plants and well-being before she leads us in creating our own desktop garden that we will take home. (Her retail shop will also be open if you need to show a little love to others this week.)
