BOMA Building Engineers are invited on a field trip to tour the newly installed chillers at Corporate Center I.  According to Bill Muehlling with Cousins Properties, "The property is converting the original water-cooled cillers to air-cooled chillers.  This is a very innovative project that has been criticized more than praised.   Come join us to see the project and understand why we felt this was the right project at the right time."

• The old conference room is closed and in the process of being relocated to a new location. This meeting will be held in a temporary conference room located on the first floor. The building is “L” shaped. Enter the build at the main entrance in the middle of the “L” and walk straight through the elevator lobby to the double door directly in front of you. You will find us there.
• Parking is available on the surface lot or the parking garage in any space that is not marked “Reserved”.
• There will be no downtown meeting due to fact that this is a site tour.
• Everyone should register beforehand on the BOMA website to let us know you will attend.  We want to have breakfast for everyone.
