Event Description
Join us for bites, beverages, networking, and prizes! Principal members, you may be the lucky winner of a “Fully Leased Weekend” prize including a $300 Visa gift card to spend on a night out, a spa day, or a night of live music! Prizes will also be given to the Associate member with the most “On Trend” booth and the Principal member with the best costume.
PRINCIPAL MEMBERS:
There's no entry fee for all Property Owners, Property Managers, Assistant Managers, Property Assistants and Building Engineers! You do not need to be a BOMA member to attend as long as your company has one paid member of BOMA and/or you work as a full-time employee for a commercial (office, industrial, retail or medical) property management firm. For example: if a property manager's building engineer is not a paid member, the property manager can register them to attend as a non-member guest. This is an opportunity to you to show your peers the benefits of being part of BOMA.
Even if it's free, all who plan to attend must register on the BOMA website.

Two representatives from your firm. If you want additional members of your firm to attend, it will be $50 for each additional person. Limited to 6 people per booth. They must work full-time for your company; no outside vendors are permitted please.
This event is decades themed, feel free to bring:
- A pop-up banner
- A branded tablecloth (1 table per booth will be provided)
- Give-a-ways, promotional items, literature, and a raffle prize with a minimum spend of $100.
- Decades costume to be on theme, so many to choose from! 60’s – 70’s - 80’s - 90’s…
