Open seating; business casual attire.
Lunch will feature a choice of: Chicken with Mushroom Ravioli (Pan Seared Chicken Breast served over Three Mushroom Ravioli; topped with Burgundy Mushroom glace, Shaved Parmesan, and Balsamic Gastrique)) or a Vegetarian Stuffed Shells (Three Ricotta and Spinach Stuffed Pasta Shells baked in Parmesan Cream Sauce then topped with Marinara Sauce on a Roasted Red Pepper Coulis). When you register, you will select your lunch option. Dessert and rolls will be included.
