Implicit bias is a natural part of the human experience, but when left unexamined, it can have a significant impact on our interactions, decisions, and the world around us. In this session, we'll move beyond simply defining implicit bias and delve into a deeper exploration of its origins and effects.
Through open discussion and shared experiences, we'll confront the difficult but necessary questions: Where does implicit bias come from? How does it manifest in our daily work and on campus? And, most importantly, what can we do to mitigate its influence?
