On Wednesday, October 22, our Fall Meeting and Recognition of Housing Tax Credit Excellence will feature high-profile speakers, timely panels on issues impacting the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (Housing Credit), and networking opportunities. Throughout the day, we will honor our soon-to-be-announced winners of the 2025 Recognition of Housing Tax Credit Excellence in Honor of Charles L. Edson, in acknowledgment of outstanding affordable housing developments, as well as present our Affordable Housing Champion Awards to members of Congress who have demonstrated Housing Credit leadership.
On the following day, Thursday, October 23, we will be arranging congressional meetings in the morning as part of the Fall Meeting, and we encourage all attendees to join us in advocating for the Housing Credit while in Washington, DC. Individual schedules and briefing materials for Thursday’s Congressional meetings will be provided as the event approaches, and in the meantime, please indicate when you register if you will be able to participate.

The AHTCC Board of Directors meeting and dinner will take place in the afternoon and evening of Tuesday, October 21, 2025. Details will be provided separately.

Cancellation Policy: Payments are refundable minus a $50 processing fee with a written cancellation notice two weeks prior to the meeting if for any reason you cannot attend. If a cancellation is received within two weeks of the event, no refunds will be issued. Payments are transferable to a substitute attendee.
