6 ft table top booth at the 2025 Fall Conference October 28-30, 2025
The Graduate Hotel - Eugene, OR
Exhibitors will use conference app to participate in virtual passport with attendees to win prizes. The virtual passport requires all individuals scanning the attendees’ apps to be registered as booth attendees in the app. Booth Fee includes name badge and the following meals for one attendee:
Wednesday Breakfast, Wednesday Lunch, Wednesday Welcome Reception, Thursday Breakfast and Thursday Lunch.
Additional Booth Attendee: $175
Name badge, listed as attendee on conference app and tickets to the following events:
Wednesday Breakfast, Wednesday Lunch, Wednesday Welcome Reception, Thursday Breakfast and Thursday Lunch.
Exhibit Schedule:
Exhibitors will set up Tuesday evening 10/28/25
There will be dedicated exhibit time on Wednesday 10/29 and Thursday 10/30. Exhibit break down and move out will occur before 6pm on 10/30. The conference for regular attendees ends at noon on Friday 10/31.
