Plummer Bailor

Plummer is an Organizational Learning & Leadership Development professional with over 20 years of experience. As a corporate trainer, leadership strategist, and executive coach, he is known for his ability to connect with his clients and audiences and ensuring that they walk away with actionable strategies for positive change and improved performance.

Born and raised in Sierra Leone, West Africa, his unique world view has allowed him to share his expertise in multiple countries across several continents, including Africa, South America, and here in the United States of America.

Plummer holds a B.S. in Physics from Lebanon Valley College, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University.

He spends most of his down time in his home studio making music.
