• Intensive Institutes on Wednesday, November 19, 2025
• School Tours on Wednesday, November 19, 2025
• Early Bird Registration at discounted rates closes September 30, 2025
• Regular Registration is open from October 1 - November 18, 2025
• Onsite Registration is open from November 19-22, 2025

​The registration package includes attendance at the following:

• School Tour on Wednesday
• Intensive Institute on Wednesday,
• All general and concurrent sessions on Thursday through Saturday,
• Reception on Wednesday with one free drink ticket,
• Other receptions with a cash bar during the conference,
• Dine & Dialogue Luncheons on Thursday and Saturday,
• Founders Luncheons on Friday, and
• Optional Sunday Excursion to The Whitney Plantation from 8:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. for an additional fee of $25.00.

​The Gala Dinner and Awards on Friday night can be be purchased separately or as an add-on to the registration package. The Gala ticket will include entrance to the awards ceremony, participation in a drawing opportunity, live auction, live entertainment, dancing, a cash bar, and dinner.

If you have already registered for the conference and would like to add another event to your registration package, click on ADD-ON in the registration section and then add other events. 

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:
To allow for effective conference planning there are no refunds for presenters registered in any category. 

NAME Refund Policy:
1. No refunds are available for presenters registered in any category.
2. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to finance@NAMEorg.org.
3. Full refund (-$25 processing fee) is available until October 15, 2025.
4. Half refund (-$50 processing fee) is available between October 16 and November 18, 2025.
