REGISTRATION POLICY:
Registration and attendance at and/or participation in ERWoW's meetings and other activites constitues an agreement by the registrant to ERWoW's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image in photographs, video and electronic reproduction of such events and activities. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received on or before 8/7/2025 receive an 80% refund. There will be no refunds after 8/7/2025. Substitutions are welcome. No shows will be billed.
