With everything going on in the world and in recognition of this being our 30th anniversary, we’ve made the decision to hold pricing steady this year. This is our way of saying thank you for your continued support and dedication to Canada’s helicopter community. This year’s event features exhibitors, static display, networking opportunities with many guest speakers.

Please note: We have selected properties that will meet your needs in Abbotsford and added a shuttle bus service to help you get to and from Tradex during the conference. Confirmed room rates for the conference include a small fee to assist with this service. The bus schedule will run throughout the day starting and ending approx. 45 minutes from the scheduled daily program.
Sub-Blocks – Should you have a requirement for 7 or more guestrooms per night or more than 20 room nights over the show dates, please email darlene@h-a-c.ca to make your arrangements for a sub-block. All requests are subject to availability and terms for rooming list and payment.
