Illinois Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages/Bilingual Education (ITBE) is excited to welcome exhibitors to our Fall 2025 Virtual Workshop on Saturday, October 18, 2025.

This virtual event offers a dynamic platform to showcase your products and services to a broad, engaged audience across Illinois and beyond.

Exhibitor Registration Deadline: October 4, 2025
Ad Submission Deadline: October 7, 2025

🎁 Exhibitor Options

Our registration system allows one selection per transaction. If you'd like to choose multiple options, you may need to register more than once. We apologize for the inconvenience.

(1) Company Logo – $50
Featured in our Event Portal and included in the running slideshow during the workshop.
(2) Advertisement in Slideshow – $100
A full-page flyer-style ad displayed throughout the workshop in our rotating slideshow.
(3) Short Video – $150
A link to your promotional video will be included in the Event Portal.
(4) Product Promotions – $75
A link in the Event Portal to promote your product or demo session outside the workshop schedule.

Please email all logos, advertisements, and video links to ads-exhibits@itbe.org by October 7, 2025.

💳 Payment & Refund Policy

We accept payment via credit card or purchase order. Checks are not accepted.

Please note: ITBE does not offer refunds for exhibitor registration—no exceptions. Once your payment is processed, it is final. Be sure to review your selections carefully before submitting.

All exhibitor registrations include complimentary access to the full workshop and presentations.
