Register for ITBE's Fall 2025 Virtual Workshop

We’re thrilled to welcome you to our upcoming virtual workshop! This year’s theme is:

Evolving Voices in TESOL: Advocating for Our Profession and Our Learners

After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your personal attendee code and a link to the event portal. Please make sure to save this email. On the day of the workshop, ZOOM presentation links will be available through the portal.

Cost of Attendance

  • ITBE Members: $30
  • Non-Members: $35
  • Students: $20 Please ensure your student membership is active and verified before attempting to register. If your student membership is inactive or unverified, you will not be eligible for the student rate.

We accept credit card payments only. Purchase orders are not accepted by default. If your organization requires PO payment, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

🔁 Refund Policy

All registrations are final. ITBE does not offer refunds for credit card payments once submitted. If you do not see the anticipated registration rate, (e.g. member or student discount) please contact us at membership@itbe.org before completing your registration. Once payment has been processed, no refunds can be issued. 

📚 Professional Development Hours

Earn up to 5.5 PD hours, based on your level of attendance. Certificates will be emailed within 7–14 days following the workshop.

📸 Media Consent Notice

By registering, you grant ITBE permission to use photographs, videos, or recordings from the workshop that may include your likeness, voice, or image. These materials may be used to promote future events. Your registration indicates your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
