The purpose of the UEH flag on the ISIR is to identify instances of potential fraud and abuse of the Federal Pell Grant Program. In this session, we will discuss the UEH review and appeal process which helps financial aid administrators to determine whether the student has enrolled in multiple institutions solely to obtain a credit balance/refund payment. You won't want to miss this discussion as we will review the guidance as per FSA as well as dive into some examples, and also discuss what the process looks like at your institution.
