Communication Participation Approach in Palliative or End-of-Live Care, presented by Robin Pollens, M.S., CCC-SLP. Ms. Pollens is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences at Western Michigan University, and recently retired from her role as Coordinator of the Aphasia Communication Enhancement (ACE) Program. She worked as a clinical speech-language pathologist from 1980-2020. Settings included outpatient, skilled nursing, home health and hospice. Her publications have addressed the SLP and palliative care, LPAA aphasia rehabilitation and clinical education. She has participated in MSHA events throughout her career and served on the MSHA Ethics Committee from 2009-2016. 0.15 CEUs pending
