2026-04-07	Administrative Assessment Technician (AAT) Module 1E The AAT Committee is offering Administrative Assessment Technician (AAT) Module 1E – Introduction to Residential Real Estate at the Rocky Hill Fire Department, 3050 Main Street, Rocky Hill on April 7, 9, 14, 16 & 21, 2026 from 9:30 – 12:30. The instructor for the Module is Chandler Rose, Assessor of Mansfield & Chaplin, CCMA II & CCMA Course 2A Instructor. Please note: This is not an entry level class; applicants must have a base understanding of the assessor’s office and real estate functions. A minimum of one year of experience in an Assessor’s Office or one year of appraisal experience is required to take this class. Class size is limited to 25 and 2 employees per municipality. Priority will be given to Assessors Office staff. The fee is $100.00 made payable to CAAO. Registration deadline is March 30, 2026.
