The CAAO Executive Board will be meeting on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at Sicily Coal Fired Pizza, located at 412 Main Street, Middletown, CT 06457.

Arrival time is 12:30 pm. A buffet lunch of Pizza and Salad will be served at 1:00 pm. The meeting will start at 1:30 pm.

Please respond no later than Thursday, September 3, 2026, as to whether or not you will be attending the meeting.

The meeting and lunch cost for non-executive board members is $40.00.

If you are a voting member and are unable to attend, please send your signed letter of proxy no later than 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, September 9, 2026.

If you are a committee chair, please let the Secretary know if you will have a report.

CCMA Exam Review

The CCMA Committee is hosting a review for the 2026 CCMA Exam. Applicants who will be registering for the 2026 CCMA Exams may register to take the Exam Review. There will be a one-hour review of each course with the course instructors. Questions and review topics must be submitted in advance of the review so the instructors can prepare for the review. If you wait to ask questions the day of the review, the instructors may not have the course documents or examples with them, or the additional time to cover the questions. This is not a review of actual exam questions.

Registration for the review ends on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. Questions and topics for review must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026 by email to Paige Walton at pwalton@waterfordct.org.

CCMA Exam Applications deadline – Wednesday, September 16, 2026

Registrations for the CCMA Exams must be received with payment on or before Wednesday, September 16, 2026.

Completed CCMA Exam registrations and payment should be mailed to: Mary Gardner CCMA II, CCMA Committee Clerk, PO Box 1086. Groton, CT 06340-1086.

Applications received after the deadline will be denied. Applications for the exams will not be accepted at the CCMA Exam Review.
