Hiding in Plain Sight – Unmasking Human Trafficking

TRAINING FEES:  PAPPC Members FREE; Non-members, $25 This training will provide professionals with education and skill development related to identifying human trafficking victims and providing trauma-informed, victim-centered responses.  Through this training, participants learn how trafficking presents in their communities, the signs and indicators of trafficking, common trafficking recruitment tactics, the trauma of a trafficking survivor, and the vulnerabilities that traffickers exploit.  Case studies based on real cases identified through the YWCA Greater Harrisburg’s PAATH15 Crossroads project will be used to gain practical insight into identification of victims and building multi-disciplinary responses.
