Event Description

Join us for Paddle With Purpose, part of the 101st Annual Conference, and enjoy a relaxing paddle along the scenic Bear River while supporting a great cause.

This beginner-friendly river is slow moving and typically 2–6 feet deep, making it a great option for all experience levels. Canoe and kayak rentals are provided by Bear River Canoe Livery. Your trip includes parking, life jackets (PFDs), and paddles.

Participants will meet in the Mountain Grand Lodge main lobby at 11:45 AM. Transportation is not provided, so carpooling is encouraged. The launch site is approximately a 5-minute drive from the resort.

Registration Options:

  • Solo Kayak: $65 (includes $40 rental + $25 donation to Water For People)

  • Two-Person Canoe: $100 (includes $50 rental + $25 per person donation)

Proceeds from this event support Water For People, whose mission is to provide access to safe drinking water and sanitation services through sustainable, community-driven solutions.

Come enjoy the outdoors, connect with fellow attendees, and make an impact.
