Event Description
Designed for experienced facilitators, this session focuses on leading high-stakes, emotionally charged conversations in leadership settings. Participants will develop the skills needed to manage tension, balance participation, and guide groups from dialogue to shared understanding and action.
Learning Outcomes

Participants will be able to:
  • Facilitate high-stakes conversations with confidence and composure
  • Redirect unproductive dialogue into constructive engagement
  • Balance participation and manage dominant or disengaged personalities
  • Ask powerful questions that deepen reflection and encourage solutions
  • Help groups move from emotion and advocacy to collaboration and action
  • Create environments of trust, accountability, and shared ownership
