Delivered by experts from the J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development at the University of Georgia

Grounded in contemporary adult learning research, this session helps participants design meaningful learning experiences that foster reflection, skill development, and sustained behavior change. The workshop connects theory to practice through experiential, transformational, and learner-centered approaches that strengthen leadership development outcomes.

Learning Outcomes
Participants will be able to:
