Event Description
This session explores the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to existing data and data collection methods, aiming to improve the quality and efficiency of service delivery for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Presenters from Therap Services will emphasize processes specifically designed for the I/DD and Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) sectors. This approach avoids generic AI applications that may offer limited value and potentially compromise data privacy and security. Furthermore, presenters will showcase specific AI tools currently available or under development, detailing their role in the responsible application of AI to enhance overall service quality.
