Details
To receive a 'MEMBER rate', your membership must be paid up until at least April 17, 2011. If you see NON-Member Rates contact aacmembership@gmail.com for an invoice to renew.
NO Faxes will be accepted AFTER 04/11/2011.
Additional people who are added to a registration, have to be a MEMBER, or part of a HOUSEHOLD MEMBERSHIP.
If the additional person is a NON MEMBER, please enter that person separate, so that NON MEMBER rates will apply. If additional people are added under membership rates and are NOT a member the additional person will have to become a member in order to receive any membership rates, or the difference in membership and non-membership registration will need to be paid.
Refunds are subject to $75.00 processing fee. Written notification must be postmarked no later than April 1, 2011. Refunds will only be made for serious medical emergencies. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Full conference registration includes all keynotes, films, workshops, hospitality, AAC Award Luncheon, Saturday evening party, all snacks and breaks.
