I'm Mike Bowler, an Associate Broker with eXp Realty and a full-time real estate professional serving Greater Lansing for more than 40 years. Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of individuals and families navigate important housing decisions-whether that's buying a first home, downsizing, handling an estate sale, or planning a major life transition.
My work today is focused primarily on sellers, especially those going through life changes such as retirement, relocation, divorce, or the loss of a loved one. These are often complex and emotional situations, and my role is to bring clarity, structure, and steady guidance so clients can make confident, informed decisions.
I take a consultative approach to real estate. That means educating first, advising second, and always putting people before transactions. I'm known for simplifying the process-breaking down what can feel overwhelming into clear, manageable steps.
I'm also deeply involved in the Greater Lansing community through local Chambers, Rotary, and partnerships with senior service providers, attorneys, lenders, and other professionals. As a Certified Tourism Ambassador, I take pride in connecting people not just to homes, but to the community itself.
My wife Sharon and I have experienced our own life transitions, including downsizing, which gives me a personal perspective on the decisions many of my clients are facing. That experience shapes how I serve-with patience, empathy, and a focus on what truly matters to each individual.
Whether I'm working with a client, speaking at an event, or collaborating with local professionals, my goal is always the same: provide clear guidance, deliver strong results, and help people move forward with confidence.
