Details:
Oversees, supervises and directs the day to day activities of the MIS and Technology group and functions as the lead analyst responsible for the configuration, installation, operation and maintenance of the Division's SCADA, computer, network, printer, telecommunication, database, information and security systems. Maintains the Division Asset Management Program and works with all departments.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related fie
*10+ years of related information and telecommunication systems experience.
*Interpersonal skills necessary to work with end users and external vendors in the resolution of a variety of computer issues.
*The incumbent is required to communicate technical information in non-technical terms.
*Analytical ability and computer skills necessary to design, develop, coordinate and maintain computer, network and telecommunication systems.
*Must have a valid Michigan driver's license and qualify to drive a Division vehicle in compliance with the Division Driver Policy
