The City of Owosso seeks an individual to acquire, prepare and submit a variety of field operating data for program management and control of street right of way infrastructure, underground utilities and other asset management tasks, in support of regulatory and non-regulatory program requirements. Hourly rate ranges between $21-27/hour (depending on qualifications) with excellent fringe benefits (medical, dental, vision, paid time off, life insurance, 401(a), etc.). Qualifications:
Job requires a two year vocational certificate or Associates degree in civil engineering, construction management, environmental science, geography, public or business administration (relevant work experience may be substituted for educational requirements). Must possess a Michigan S-3 Water Supply Certification or have the ability to obtain in 30 months from hire.
