WADE TRIM is a full service engineering firm consistently recognized for our award winning solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated experienced Operations and Maintenance Specialist near Gaylord, MI to join our team.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Michigan driver’s license and have one year of in municipal or industrial maintenance of pumps, electric motors, MCC’s, control panels and related equipment Candidates must have basic knowledge of chemistry and math. Typical responsibilities include:
• Operate, and maintain wastewater collection systems grinder pumps, lift stations, control panels, gravity & force mains.
• Maintain accurate client work orders and invoice records on a daily basis
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment
• Communicate with residents, township officials and supervisors within the company
• React to standby or emergency call-out situations in a timely manner
• Maintain standard professional ethics
• Assist Project Manager
• Maintain excellent client and public relations
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Create client computerized maintenance management program
• Equipment thermal image evaluation
• Equipment vibration analysis
• Maintain excellent client and public relations
