2023 Fall Clay Shoot
Over 100 MLBC members and guests gathered on Thursday, October 13, 2023, for the annual MLBC Veterans Charity Clay Shoot benefitting the WVU Veterans Advocacy Law Clinic. Cool breezes, clear skies, and warm shotgun barrels radiated an autumnal energy that was felt by all. Shooters enjoyed breathtaking fall foliage and scenic ridgetop overlooks on the course at Hunting Hills, followed by a delicious steak meal and 12 raffles. After all was said and done, the MLBC Foundation was able to present the Veterans Advocacy Law Clinic with a $17,000 donation. Thanks to our generous corporate sponsors and guests, our organization was able to provide a critical lifeline to the Clinic during a time of university-wide downsizing and consolidation.
