Active SKD members may submit up to three (3) entries in this contest. Each entry must be submitted separately. Photographs must be submitted electronically through this form and three (3) 5x7 glossy prints of each photo must be mailed to the SKD National Office to be judged. 
1. Write only name of the photo on the back of each print.
2. Mail the photos and an information sheet containing your name, your school, and the title of the photo to SKD National Office, Calhoun Community College, P.O. Box 2216, Decatur, AL 35609.
