Abstraction Deadline February 27th, 2026 

Students and Professionals are invited to submit an abstract of original research or synthesis of research/literature to one of the Sections for inclusion in the published Program of the Annual Meeting of the Nebraska Academy of Sciences. 

Presentations will be in hybrid format: In Person and via Remote Zoom link
Submissions accepted until 11:59pm EST on 04/24/2026
Expanded Abstracts of the 136th NAS Annual Meeting
The "Expanded Abstracts of the 136th Annual Meeting of the Nebraska Academy of Sciences" is a special collection offered to those who submitted abstracts at the 136th annual meeting to take their projects further.  These expanded abstracts are not peer-reviewed, but have been analyzed by Faculty Advisors and PhD level reviewers from the Academy.  The finalized collection will be published on the UNL Digital Commons. .  These expanded pages will be 3-5 pages long, and include not more than 3 figures/tables.
