2023 NAME Board of Directors - Call for Nominations
NAME is pleased to announce the call for nominations for the Board of Directors for 2023. NAME will be accepting nominations for the following six (6) positions.
1. President-Elect.
The President-Elect shall coordinate the Association's Annual Conference with the Annual Conference Committee Chair and the Executive Director; coordinate and supervise special projects; perform such other duties as the President and the Board of Directors may assign; and, except as otherwise provided, the duties of the President when the President is disabled from performing his or her duties or absent from meetings where the President would normally preside. The President-Elect shall succeed to the Office of President at the conclusion of the Annual Membership Meeting following the conclusion of the term of office of the presiding President. The President-Elect shall appoint the members of the Conference Committee.
2. Parliamentarian.This is a 3-year term.
Role of a Parliamentarian. A parliamentarian should have working knowledge in rules of order and the proper procedures for the conduct of meetings of deliberative assemblies. Parliamentarians assist organizations in the drafting and interpretation of bylaws and rules of order, and the planning and conduct to meetings.
Regional Directors for the regions noted below

Regional Directors shall assist the State Chapter President in organizing and carrying out his/her responsibilities; coordinate submission of reports of the respective regional affiliates to the Board of Director; conduct an annual regional meeting; and perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Associations Board of Directors.
3. Region 1:
Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Vermont
4. Region 3:
Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee
5. Region 5:
Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas
6. Region 7:
Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Oregon, Washington

2025 NAME Board of Directors - Call for Nomination
NAME is pleased to announce the call for nominations for the Board of Directors for 2025. NAME will be accepting nominations for the following six (6) positions.

The Secretary shall keep the minutes and records of the meetings of the Board of Director, Executive Committee, and Annual and Special meetings of the Association, update regularly the Association policy and procedures manual, and generally perform all dutes customary to the office of Secretary.
Regional Directors for the regions noted below

Regional Directors
shall support the State Chapter President in organizing and fulfilling the duties of the office; coordinate and ensure the timely submission of reports from their respective regional affiliates to the Board of Directors; convene an annual regional meeting; and perform any other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors. Regional Directors are required to reside within the region they represent.
3. Region 2:
Delaware, District of Columbia,
Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia
4. Region 4:
Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Wisconsin
5. Region 6:
Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming
6. Region 8:
