This registration form should be used if you are a NEW member registering for the first time for an existing institutional membership. To get started use the dropdown below.

• If you do not see your institution listed in the dropdown below, please check with your Director to ensure Institutional Membership has been completed and is paid for the current membership year.
   
• While we did switch to the institutional membership model, all previous ILASFAA member profiles still remain in our database and will be cross-referenced over to your institution.
   
• Please do not use all CAPS or all lowercase letters.
   
• Existing members are verified against the email address we have on file.  If your information has changed, please update it on your profile page.
   
• Once you complete the form, you will receive a Welcome email with your temporary login credentials.  These emails are sent from GroupMessaging@viethconsulting.com so be sure to allow them through your spam filters. 
   
• Please remember that non-payment at the institutional level can prevent you from accessing the ILASFAA member portal.
